This is a new piece carved by Winston 4-21-2008. I received the email and immediately recognized the image from the movie Nightmare before Christmas. I don't know the dimensions on this buckle, come to think of it I don't even know if it's a belt buckle. It could be one of Winston's custom requests hand made for a customer who likes the movie "A nightmare before Christmas".
It almost looks like the silver work around the art has not been finished. That's just my guess, "I'm his son and I know his work well" If you would like to you can leave a comment for Winston.
